Refund Policy


Unfortunately, due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns. We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will only consider replacing, providing a refund or store credit if we are contacted within 5 days of receiving your package. Item must be unworn and still in its original brand new packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have contacted us about the damaged item, we will send you an email to notify you if your claim is approved. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 business days (Monday through Friday).

SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK TO US  (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please save all tracking information provided by the selected postal service.
